The standard small print for buying from Arcane Attire LTD. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. About us

2. Products

We make best efforts to ensure product descriptions, photography and pricing are accurate. Colours may vary slightly between screen and physical product. Garments are produced in limited runs — when sold out, we may not restock.

3. Orders

By placing an order you offer to purchase products at the stated price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. An order is only confirmed once payment clears and we send dispatch confirmation.

4. Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer using the details at checkout. Orders are reserved for 5 working days pending payment. Unpaid orders after 5 days are cancelled automatically.

5. Pricing

Prices are GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing, though changes won't affect orders already placed.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items for refund. Faulty or incorrect items are returned at our cost.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of products purchased. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. This doesn't limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where excluding it would be unlawful.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
