We ship across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked services. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight.

2-3 working days. From £3.50 — free over £150.

Orders before 2pm GMT ship same day. After 2pm, next working day.

Returns

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

How to return

  1. Email hello@arcaneattire.net with your order reference and reason.
  2. We send a returns label within 24 hours.
  3. Drop the package at any Royal Mail collection point.
  4. Refund processed within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
A note on returnsReturn shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We don't offer direct exchanges — return for refund and reorder.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll cover return shipping plus refund or replace at no cost.
